We are legally obliged to collect adverse event reports and, where appropriate, report them to the health authorities. An adverse event is the development of an undesirable medical condition or the deterioration of a pre-existing medical condition following or during exposure to a pharmaceutical product, whether or not considered causally related to the product. An undesirable medical condition can be symptoms (eg, nausea, chest pain), signs (eg, tachycardia, enlarged liver) or the abnormal results of an investigation (eg, laboratory findings, electrocardiogram). Also add the other information we collect - e.g. overdose, interaction etc.

To report a suspected adverse event, you can call our hotline during business hours: 021-50541508. Outside business hours, you can send an email to our pharmacovigilance mailbox:pv@greenvalleypharma.com, by clearly indicating “name, contact and brief event”. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, relevant patient information and data will only be disclosed to Green Valley's adverse reaction team. We will timely communicate and follow up with the person who has reported the possible adverse event, and have the event information uploaded to Green Valley's pharmacovigilance database and reported to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
